『Terms』

★ The artist retains copyright of commissioned art.
★ Commissions are for personal use only.
★ Commissioned work will have my watermark.(this also applies to the updates I will send.)
★ As the artist, I can post the commissioned work on my social media, unless negotiated before hand.
★ I have a right to refuse any commission for any reason.
★ Bigger revisions are allowed only before the rendering stage(animals, clothing change, etc..), smaller revisions are allowed before and after the rendering stage.(hair clips, small jewelry/piercings, etc..)
★Payment may change depending on the complexity of the commision.
★ I will give a total of 3 updates. The sketch, coloring, and midway through rendering.
★ Please send references of the character, background and any other details.
★ The client must tell what size the piece will be in, preferably in inches or pixels. Default will be ranging from 4500x5500 or 6500x7500 pixels
★ Finished pieces will be sent via email, unless told otherwise.

『Payment』

★ I accept payment via Cash app.
★ No refunds will be accepted after the initial sketch is given.
★ In the process of a refund you will only receive 50% of the initial payment.
★ Payment is 50% before the sketch and 50% after the finished piece.
★ The artist will send an invoice in which the client does not respond within 3 days, the commision will be voided
★ Only USD payment is taken.

『Communication』

★ If client fails to respond to any updates or payment request commission will be voided.
★ If client request for a freestyle, the artist has control over the commission.
★ The client must provide at least an idea (such as a character or environment), size, and commission type (such as head shot, bust shot, etc…).
★ Clients are expected to be patient and have common decency.
★ My commissions are set at base prices and may change during transaction.
